Listen up - I don't really know what's happening here, but if you got any problems with somebody, please avoid making a news post about it.
Stick it out to your PMs with that person and try to solve it with them like civilized people, or else contact via PM directly with Tom Fulp and talk to him about your situation so he can try to help you and come up with a solution. But avoid making a news post about it, as this not only won't help you in any way, but also you're involving people in a mess which has nothing to do with it.
